Abstract
The Salvia L. genus includes almost 1000 species, of which only for the most common species studied for secondary metabolism in vitro cultivation techniques have been developed (for example, medicinal sage). In this paper, the efficiency of callusogenesis and organogenesis in representatives of three species is compared: S. officinalis L., S. sclarea L., S. viridis L. The effect of the hormonal composition of the nutrient medium Murashige and Skoog has been studied for these indices.
