Abstract

A number of biologically active arylchalcogenylacetates of tris (2-hydroxyethyl) - ammonium – "protatrans" of the general formula ArYCH2CO2- was synthesized. HN+(CH2CH2OH)3 (A), where Ar=aryl; Y=O (1), S (2), SO2 (3). In the presence of protatran 4-Cl-C6H4SO2CH2CO2-. HN + (CH2CH2OH)3 (3) studied the growth dynamics of the oil-oxidizing microorganism Rhodococcus sp. An increase in the growth rate (up to 10 times) of bacterial cells is shown. A conclusion is made about the possible use of protatrans in the technology of creating an effective biopreparation for the remediation of soils in oil-polluted areas.
