Abstract

The effect of various auxin substances on the growth dynamics and the rooting effectiveness of aseptic Elsholtzia ciliata plants have been studied. By the shoot height, most of the experimental variants did not differ from the control, but there were differences in the rooting frequency. Based on the obtained data, for the clonal micropropagation the MS nutrient medium supplemented with 1 mg/l idole-3-butyric acid can be recommended.
