Abstract

Toxic metabolites of F. sporotrichioides in a concentration of 40 and 50% in the oat callus proliferation media significantly inhibit their growth and regeneration both in the selective proliferation medium and in the regeneration medium without metabolites, retaining its aftereffect from the previous selection step in selective proliferation media. The use of a higher stress level than 50% of metabolites in the oat callus culture to select stable forms is not justified. On mediums with metabolites regenerants of oats are formed.
