Abstract

Bellevalia sarmatica (Georgi) Woronov bulbous steppe ornamental plant, included in the Red Book of Moldova, protected by the state. The method of in vitro cultivation allows long-term preservation and cultivation under special conditions with strictly established parameters on artificially prepared nutrient medium. One of the main conditions for successful micro-cloning is sterilization of the plant and nutrient medium.
