Abstract
It is established that the beginning of the wheat morphogenic callus in vitro give embryos, inoculated at substage 3 of organogenesis stage (according to the periodization: Круглова, 2012). The histological status of such embryos is revealed: isolation of organ germs and their tissue differentiation, all organs are represented by actively developing meristematic cells not covered by a dense cell wall. It is shown that callus is formed from epidermal cells of the scutellum which are in contact with the nutrient medium.
