Abstract
Determination of the activity of the superoxide dismutase enzyme (SOD) showed that in different varieties of salt tolerance on the background of 0.5% and 1% NaCl during the addition of PB (50 μg / l) under in vitro conditions, increased proportionally to the salt concentration. It was developed a new medium for microtuber formation of the cultivar "Tajikistan" in vitro, which did not form tubers under standard conditions.
