Abstract
The effect of biologically active compounds: rotenone, brucine, atropine, caffeine and colchicine on the biofilm formation and motility by the type of swarming by the species of bacteria E. coli, P. carotovorum and Rhodococcus sp. It was found that colchicine at a concentration of 250 mg/ml reduces biofilm formation of bacteria. At the same time, this compound promotes the swarming motility of Rhodococcus sp.
