Abstract

It is defined that the selfclonale variability is connected with need of development of methods by means of which it was possible to reveal reliable genetic differences between callus cultures and initial lines from which they are received. Received by a cellular and gene way of plants, are relevant and priority in biochemistry and physiology of plants. The genes changing morphology of plants at influence of stressor are established during growth and development of plants. We began works for receiving plants with dual purpose: resistance to high temperature and having high efficiency. Besides, by us it is planned on the basis of use of methods of modern biotechnology of the plants of potatoes which are not accumulating acrylamide in tubers. In this regard studying of regulation of synthesis of proteins of thermal shock and other proteins answering behind increase in adaptability of different genotypes of plants (wheat, an egilopsa, potatoes and other crops) in laboratory conditions in vitro.
