Abstract

The influence of climatic factors on the content of С mic and СО2 emission from soils was studied annually on heavy metals contaminated soils (1992-2005) in the agroecosystems. The dependence of СО2 emission on air temperature, the closest in anomalous years, has been proved. Conjugated changes in the indices C mic/C org, % and C-CO2/C mic, mg / g h revealed the differences in the stability of the microbial community in soils with different content and composition of humus. The generalization of carbon transformation data on the basis of the system analysis methodology determined the formation of regimes of functioning and the state of agroecosystems, which depends on environmental factors.
