Abstract
The impact of climate change on the current phylogeographic structure of South Siberian relict plant species using molecular genetic methods was studied. The results showed the limited gene flow between the populations of the model species within the Khamar-Daban Ridge, short-term isolation of Siberian populations of Waldsteinia ternata and Eranthis sibirica, a low level of genetic divergence of Anemone baicalensis, and W. tenrata from their East Asian closely related species.
