Abstract

In this study the ability to grow in the presence of n-butanol was observed for the 5 strains of Staphylococcus. The whole genome of St. warneri 22-1 was sequenced and assembled. In addition, we analyzed genetic determinants involved in n-butanol tolerance in the Staphylococcus strains and Cl. аcetobutylicum ATCC 824.
