Abstract
It was shown that treatment of plants with endophytic strain Bacillus subtilis 26D increased the resistance of potato plants to the late blight, stimulated local oxidative burst and accumulation of lignin in sites of the pathogen penetration. Pretreatment of plants with jasmonic acid significantly reduced the content of colony-forming bacteria in the internal tissues of plants and disrupted the formation of resistance, which was due to the lack of transcription of pathogenesisrelated proteins.
