Abstract
This article discusses the problem of the Arabidopsis thaliana response to UV-B radiation (280–320 nm) and involvment of natural polycations – polyamines (putrescine, spermidine, spermine, thermoprene) to oxidative stress. It is established that the content of spermine and thermospermine is not a limiting factor in adaptation to UV radiation.
