Abstract
The dynamics of changes in the levels of cAMP and H2O2 in root zones of pea seedlings which differ in their sensitivity to the rhizobial infection while being inoculated by Rhizobium leguminozarum bv. viceae with different symbiotic efficiency and competitiveness was studied. The root zones have been established to react unequally to the bacterial inoculation. The differences in the degree of modulation of the levels of signaling molecules in response to the infecting with the contrasting strains are supposed to be associated with the release of MAMPs of a various composition by the latter.
