Abstract

The polymorphism, native organization and localization of mitochondrial dehydrines in pea (Pisum sativum L.) shoot mitochondria were studied under optimal conditions and after hypothermia treatment by one- and two-dimensional blue native polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (1D BNE, 2D BNE/SDS) with following immunochemical detection with antibodies of two manufacturers (Agrisera and antibodies kindly provided by Prof. T. J. Close).
