Abstract
We have studied the structural and functional features of Mespilus germanica L. fruit which grow in the mountains of North Caucasus at height of 500, 800 and 1200 m above sea level. Our group has identified some physiological and biochemical adapts to environmental conditions in mountains ecosystems with different ecological components.
