Abstract
Examined the medicinal plants: Andromeda polyfolia, Alchemilla subcrenata and Veronica chamaedrys. Results of chromatography were in a single data array for further processing using computer programs (R and Statistica 7.0). Principal component analysis method was used and the cca-analysis. Demonstrated the possibilities of computerized statistical analysis to identify natural patterns. In particular, it modifies the set of secondary metabolites phenol nature in tissues of plants depending on the organ of a plant, time of day and month collecting samples.
