Abstract
The study is devoted to the evaluation of the diagnostic perspective of the cytochemical and molecular analysis of mitochondrial dysfunction in the early stages of dyslipidemia, as well as in the dynamics of acute ischemic myocardial damage. It has been established that the volume of lipid droplets increases in the liver of animals with experimental dyslipidemia, and the number of functionally active mitochondria decreases. The level of free circulating mtDNA in the early stages of dyslipoproteinemia development tends to increase, and significantly increases with acute ischemic myocardium damage 48 hours after adrenaline administration. In general, the results obtained will create the basis for creating technologies for diagnostic monitoring of the development of dyslipoproteinemia, atherosclerosis, as well as acute ischemic damage to the myocardium and requires further research.
